is class 10 nios certification valid everywhere?

Greetings!
The class 10 th and 12 th class pass certificates of NIOS are valid and equivalent to the other boards- CBSE,ICSE and the state boards of India. It is as valid as cbse, icse or any other board. It is the largest open schooling board of the world. It is under MHRD of Indian Government.
