is commerce ( non maths ) student is eligible for du jat exam? to get admission in Shaheed sukhdev college for BMS
Hey Student,
As per the additional eligibilty criteria and basis of selection , Aggregate of 60% or more marks in qualify ing examination in four subjects: English, Mathematics and any two subjects included in list B.
Selection will be based on the rank computed from the combined weighted average of percentage scored in the entrance exam and the percentage scored in the qualifying examination where the weights are: Entrance exam -65% and the Qualifying examination-35% .Hence Maths is compulsory so you cannot apply.

Eligibility criteria for DU JAT :
The person must have secured 60% (for General), 54% (for obc), 55% (for cpw/pwd), Pass(for sc/st) with english and mathematics as cumpulsory subjects in Class XII.
There is no age limit.
So student with non maths background in 12th is not eligible for du jat.
