The question is totally subjective because there cannot be any in general comparison of all the IIIT and NIT separate comparison needs to be made
There are several IIIT which are very good in computer science and engineering and there are some NITs which are better than IIIT so for instance IIIT Hyderabad is considered equivalent to IIT in computer science and engineering
