is I'm able to take addmission in BAMS with score 239 in NEET through Maharashtra councelling for private colleges... not through management quota for General category

Hope you are doing well.
As you are from general category, it is very difficult for you to get a government medical college at these marks in Maharashtra.
And for private colleges, admission is only through management quota. And for the government quota seats in Private colleges of Maharashtra, this is a very low score. You need atleast 500+ marks for government quota seats in private medical colleges.
