Is it compulsory to take Computer science in 2 puc for engineering students who wish to take CSE in BE

Hello,
No,generally it’s not compulsary to take computer subject in class 12th if you wish to pursue BE in computer science.
But your basics should be strong as that will help you a lot in future.
In first year also the college teaches the basics of computer science so it will not be a problem for you.
You can easily do your course then.
