is it necessary to submit income certificate [for obc aspirants] at the time of admission in DU. Cant we submit it later ??

Greetings !
I faced the same problem while taking admission . But the faculty of my college was cooperative so they gave me a time of 15 days . But i cannot say about other colleges . Hope that if you will request them , they can manage to give you some time to submit it later.
