Is it required to add my UP domicile certificate while filling clat form or not.If yes then what are the benefits i'll get from it.

It is required but in certain cases and it is not mandatory at all. But if you want to get admission through state merit then yes you should upload domicile certificate.
CLAT application forms for this session has been released and one can submit it till March 31st 2022, so if you want to apply for it, do it positively by March 31st 2022. CLAT 2022 examination will be conducted on may 8th 2022 as per the notification issued by Consortium of NLUs.
You can follow the given steps to complete your CLAT 2022 application :-
