It is a counseling board like josaa board, or csab board.
JAC DELHI conducts counseling, for giving admission in it's participating institutes on the basis of jee mains score.
Now, this point is to be noted that - The participating institutes of JAC DELHI are all government colleges.

Indira Gandhi delhi technical University for Women
