is kiit exam easier than upsee . can reading only ncert get me cse there

it is difficult to compare these two exams as the trends vary every year.in some year kiit is tougher while in the other year upsee is tougher. ncert is sufficient for a decent score but for cse you need to read some other books which have a good level of problems.
