This will give you sufficient amount of practice, enhancimes your problem solving skills.

Just doing previous 10 years won't be of much help. Try to solve as many MCQ's you can do . Try to solve sample papers and try to do previous 20 year's question papers as I hope you must be aware of the fact that earlier it was aipmt and then in 2013 aipmt was named neet . Rest try to learn ncert , study ncert as much as you can .

If you are preparing for NEET then try to go for as many previous years papers as possible. If you can solve previous years papers from last 20 years that will actually help you in increasing your speed, accuracy and efficiency.
To know the pattern and variations in question paper last five years papers are sufficient. A test series at this time would be very beneficial because practice and revision is the only thing to do at the moment. You can join test series provided by coaching institutes or online platforms like Aim4Aiims.
