Hi. MTG is a pretty dependable book if you already know your NCERT very well. However, as it contains MCQs, it cant be depended upon for concept building, you will have to consult NCERT for that. The 2019 edition is good enough, and as you will have access to the latest question papers online, it will be good enough for your exam in 2022 as well. You can check for PDFs online, or in libraries if you have the access to.
I hope that you are doing well. Yes mtg book is good book for preparation of neet. It contains around 150 ques of each chapter which contain each and every topic of the chapter and clear many of your concepts. It is a concept building book.
