For Bachelor Courses: You can apply for a bachelors degree (B.Tech) in Robotics Engineering after passing 12th science examination. Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects in the 12th standard.
For Master Courses: To apply for master degree (ME/M.Tech), students must have a bachelors degree (B.E/B.Tech) or any other related branches of engineering. B.Tech /BE in Electronics /Mechanical /Electrical /Computer Science and Engineering/ Instrumentation & Control Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering are eligible to take admission in M.Tech programme.

There is also robotic branch which is a high field in mechatronics. If you are interested in full robotics then go on to robotics.If you are interested in some mechanical field then go for mechatronics. Bcoz mechatronics include mech., electronics, robotics, comp. Science... If you want to become an robotic engineer search for college having robotic engineering... The course are only in some colleges... Go through web for it.....
