Is the cutoff released by DU of individual subject or the aggregate percentage secured in boards?

Hey,
the percentage considered in Delhi University for admission is on the basis of marks scored in class 12th in the best four subjects. One among them must be a language subject and the rest three are among the core subjects. You can check the official website to know which all subjects can be counted as per the course you wish to pursue
