Is their chance of getting into second round of councelling and getting good collees than first round in comedk 2019 and important dates

Well this is true that sort of colleges you get in first councelling are much better than other rounds.First councelling is the best councelling.

I know that you are very much tensed about getting a good college with a good branch.



COMEDK is a national level examination for non-Karnatakans. After declaration of results there will be near about 5 to 6 rounds of counseling.



Now coming to your problem,



See if you didn't get any good college in round 1 that doesn't mean that you will not get any other good colleges in the following rounds.



But thing is true you won't get any good college which will be better than the colleges of round 1. But there are extremely rare chance that you get seat in some of colleges of round 1 as because the colleges must have vacancy of seats.
