Dear candidate,
According to me there is bond in ASSAM medical college DIBRUGARH, but the bond is of 10 years according to me.It may have been changed to 5 years but I don't know about that.Ti escape that you would have to pay an amount of rupees 20 lakh and you would not get the stipend.Hope this helps you.
