hello aspirant,
jee main and eamcet is two different exam. there are many colleges in india which admission process in done by jee main score. and some colleges in telengana state consider only eamcet ranks. so it is not possible to emerge this two exams. to get eamcet rank you need to write eamcet exam, jee main score has nothing to do with it.

Academic Eligibility for AP EAMCET 2019:- Candidates should have passed or be appearing in the qualifying examination of intermediate or 10+2 level or any equivalent examination as recognised by Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana.
- Candidates must have passed the qualifying examination with required subjects i.e. Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry or any of the optional subjects or relevant vocational subjects in Engineering and Technology stream
- Must have completed 17 years of age by 31 December 2019
