You can apply in UPES (University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun). B.Sc (H) Physics, with specialization in Astronomy and Astrophysics and Computational Physics is a full time 3-year undergraduate program in Physics at UPES. The program is academically collaborated with ARIES (Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences).
