According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know about fee reimbursement through jac delhi.
As per my knowledge delhi colleges like dtu ,nsut doesnt provide any fee remission on the basis of family annual income.
But you can still contact the college if they provide any schlorship on the basis of rank or any academics.
