is there any phd program in Aiims for students of food nutrition who belongs to science field ie bsc/msc and not mbbs field?

No there is not a PhD program for students of food nutrition.
You can take another college for a PhD. there are many universities all over India which provide PhD in food and nutrition.AIIMS is the only medical-related PhD program in embryology, pathology, etc.
