Hello Aspirant,
As per the current circumstances there are no chances for postponement of JEE-Advance 2021 because the pandemic is also under control and JEE-Advance is also scheduled for October 3rd for which less than a month is left so now it might not get delayed further, hence bind-up your preparation and set your target for October 3rd. Only those candidates will be allowed to appear for JEE-Advance 2021 who will clear the qualifying cut-off percentiles which will be released by NTA at the time of final result declaration of JEE-Main 2021 along with the final result.
However on the basis of previous year's cut-off trends we can help you with the expected qualifying cut-offs for this year :-
Common Rank List (CRL) - 90 - 95 Percentile
GEN-EWS - 70 - 75 Percentile
Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) - 70 - 75 Percentile
Scheduled Caste (SC) - 50 - 55 Percentile
Scheduled Tribe (ST) - 40 - 45 Percentile
PwD - 1-2 Percentile
Note that in above table it is not the actual cut-off for JEE-Main 2021 but expected on the basis of previous year's analysis. You can check out previous year's cut-off trends from the link given below :-

As per the previous year, this year also 75% relaxation is provided for admission to IITs/NITs/IIITs/CFTIs. Which means the candidate should have passed in all the subjects of class 12th for which he/she is appearing and if he/she is unable to secure 75% then also he/she will be eligible for JEE-Advance 2021 and for admission to IITs.
