I've got 91.88 percentile (Gen category, West Bengal). Will I get any good govt college for cs/ece?
It would be difficult to predict the exact qualifying marks or rank and admission possibilities as JEE Main is being conducted twice by NTA for the first time and rank will be based on NTA percentile score which will be decleared in the month of April.

You percentile is good. As per now the official results are not released by national testing agency NTA .you have to wait until the next exam is conducted and results are released on the month of April.
