I've got integrated m tech (5 year program) seat in vit. Should I go for it? or should I do b tech (4 year) in local colleges/universities by eamcet? which will have better job opportunities?

You should go for Integrated M.Tech at VIT as it will have better job opportunities. Yes, you will have to give one year extra but that will be totally worth, because you will be completing two degrees together at the end of 5 years.
