Ma'am/Sir, I have completed my BCA.. And want to pursue in designing career(graphic or animation or anything) .. But i m totally confused. Should I study in Canada or India, for better career growth? Or should I just improve my programming skills and go with developing field?

see if you dont find the interest to learn about programming concept, then you will find difficulty to survive in mncs which hired candidates for programmer role, now study in abroad is not a solution, which is the main thing is you need skills, if you have the skills and jest for learning you may surely get success, however you may do parallel courses on graphics designing and may do some work from home internship, which is best for growth in career development.
