my 10th=60.8% 12th =50.8% i'm pursuing btech then i will get any chance for admission in IIM after qualifying in CAT entrance examination and what will be my career after doing this
For getting admission in IIM you must have more than 99 percentile but since your 10th and 12th marks is less than the average . It would be very difficult to get call from IIM even if you have more than 99 percentile in CAT exam . But don't worry you can definitely go for other college for pursuing your career in management .
Some of the best colleges are given below , you can definitely check them out for MBA:-
- Christ University , Bangalore
- Jaipuria institute of Management, noida
- New Delhi Institute of Management
- Jagan Institute of Management Studies,Rohini Delhi
As career in management, you can be a business consultant, Finance manager, Financial analyst, Marketing Manager, Accountant, product manager, Information Technology Manager and many more...
I hope this helps
Hii,
You have a very average score in your class 10th and 12th and keeping them in mind it'll be really difficult for you to get calls from most of the older IIMs as they value academics a lot. Furthermore being a Btech student will reduce your chances of getting a call too. You can certainly try to get in but the ideal percentile would be 99+ and not a mark below if you want to get in right after your undergraduation.
See if you get certain amount of workex of maybe 2 years then it'll be relatively easier for you. Fms is one such college which doesn't value acads much but still the process is rigourous.
You have a chance to get into the cap IIMs which are newly setup.
You can become a top management professional in whichever field/domain you want or suits you the best.
You can reach out to us for more information regarding admissions, entrance tests, syllabus etc.
Hope it helps.
Thanks.
