My aggregate if 55 in my B.E (till 3-2) I'm preparing for gate 2019. Can I get seat in any IIT or NIT if I have less than 60 in B.E?

No, unfortunately you can't be able to take the NIT / IIT via GATE entrance exam because inorder to get into that you need to have the atleast score of 60% or 6.0 CGPA if you are are from General Category and for the other categories students it will be around 55% as an eligibility criteria.
