my AIR is 61749 and my category rank (obc) is 16886 can I take cs branch in any NIT colleges

At a rank of AIR 61749 you cannot get into NIT CSE branch but still you can aim admission into some good private colleges like VIT,SRM,etc.So I hope your query is solved.Best of luck.
