My ap eamcet rank was 11000 belongs to Bi-PC stream. I am having both cap and farmer quota belongs to the cast Bc-B (female) .please, tell me whether I can get free agriculture seat.

The chances of getting government seat depends on cutoffs as they change every year.
As of last year the cutoffs for agriculture, bc b farmer quota
Farmer quota-general-5714rank, women-5774rank.
