Yes , your child is eligible for neet examination with her date of birth on 2nd April 2004 as to be eligible for Neet 2021 examination, one needs to be at least 17 years old or more by December 31st , 2021 and as per your child's date of birth she will be 17 years old on 2nd April 2021 i.e before December 31st , 2021, so your child is definitely eligible for neet examination, also to be eligible for Neet examination she needs to have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in your class 12th board examination from a recognized board if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories , 45 % aggregate in pcb for pwd category.
