Hi
Which category do you belong to?
As per, Neet eligibility criteria , one need to pass12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-
-
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
-
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc
-
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
* to be eligible for neet one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December of the year of examination
*The upper age limit is 25 years as on the date of examination and there's relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/OBC-NCL category and PwD Candidates. You check it at page number 15 of Neet information brochure:- https://ntaneet.nic.in/ntaneet/ShowPdf.aspx?Type=1F7D662EC0F41DE2013706728E830CBF545FD969&ID=D435A6CDD786300DFF204EE7C2EF942D3E9034E2
††† This upper age limit has been challenged and as of now students who are more than 25 years old are eligible for Neet examination until the supreme court give its judgement , so even if one is more than 25 years old you he iseligible for neet 2021 , but the same is difficult to say for Neet 2022,/ NEET 2023 and onwards because Supreme Court may give its judgement in the meantime and then the eligibility will completely the depend on the outcome of the judgement.
But you don't need to worry about this judgement of supreme court , you will be eligible for neet 2023 examination as neet examination in ideal condition is conducted in May and in May 2023 , you will be only 24 years, you will turn 25 years old on 7th December 2023 .

Hello,
The minimum age limit to appear for NEET UG 2023 is 17 years as on December 31, 2023. As of now there is no upper age limit for NEET UG so the candidates are provisionally eligible to appear for NEET UG until the supreme court passes its judgement. So you are eligible to apply for NEET UG 2023 considering the current scenario. If supreme court passes it judgement in the meantime then your eligibility status may vary depending on the judgement passed. You must also have passed 10+2 with English, Biology, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board. If you belong to general category you need to score minimum 50% aggregate marks in Biology, Physics and Chemistry including practical and theory, if you belong to SC/ST/OBC then you need to score minimum 40% marks or if you belong to PWD you need to score minimum 45% aggregate marks.
