In general the eligibility criteria of IBPS PO have a lower age limit of 20 years on 1st january . So from 2021 you are eligible to attend IBPS PO exam.

The minimum age to be eligible for IBPS PO is 20 years as on August 1 of the year of examination while the maximum age is 30 years for general category. There are relaxation in age limit for reserved category students. Now you have completed 20 years in July this year I.e. in 2020. So you are eligible for the upcoming IBPS PO Examination.
