Well, basing upon your rank in JEE ADVANCED, you may get admission into IITs in your desired branch. But it's better to apply for any IIT in your own home state so that the chances of getting admission are high. You can also apply for other colleges accepting JEE ADVANCED score like IISC BANGALORE, ISERs, IIPE VISAKHAPATNAM, IIST TIRUVANTHAPURAM, etc.
