Coming to your question, let's first analyse the statistics of SMS Medical College, Jaipur in NEET 2018.
15% State Quota :
UR cutoff : 610
OBC cutoff : 596
15% AIQ
UR : 617
Well, you see that if you have a the domicile of Rajasthan, then the chances of procuring a seat in SMS Medical College is quite good for you since there's a considerable gap between the cutoff and your score.
And if you apply through AIQ, although you do have chances to get through, but they aren't as clear as they would have been had there been a domicile.
Approximately, you have a 75% chance of making it through if we consider that the cutoff this year would be raised slightly.
