my father's name is M A Chandranna in SSLC marks card but in my central OBC certificate it is printed as Chandranna M A......will this cause a problem for my document verification or is it ok

You will not face any problem during the document verification process if the initials in your name have interchanged in your category certificate. As long as there is no spelling mistake in your name in the certificate you will not face any issues during the document verification.
