In my class 10 and 12 documents my fathers surname is added but in his documents as well as rest of mine all documents like caste certificate and adhar card surname is not added. will it cause any issue in neet counseling and aso please tell how yo rectify this mistake

Hello,

Your father's name should be same in all the Educational certificates, supporting documents and requisite certificates that you need to submit. If the name of your father is different in one or more requisite certificates then you need to get an affidavit stating that both the names belongs to your father. You need to publish the notice in the local newspaper. You can provide the affidavit at the time document verification.
