my gate score is 416 gate 2019 CH . is there chance of getting any iit?

Hi Manpreet,
According to your score in CH sream its difficult to get old IIT's if you belongs to General or OBC category, but you have decent chances to get old IIT's if you belongs to SC & ST category. Also you hace sure chances to get admission into new IIT's.
