My general rank is 1077 and female rank 437 in bhu pet mass communication..is there any chance to be selected?from sc catagory

hello,
Acccording to las year cut offs you had not able to get a seat in mass communication because your rank was too high. You had not told your category rank that is why I have provided all last year cut offs:
General category- around 580
OBC- around 200
SC- around 70
ST- around 50
BHU general-111
BHU ST- around 18
BHU SC- around 30
BHU OBC- around 70
