My general rank is 3017 with 380 marks and 432 in girls rank ,can I get admission in MMMUT, Gorakhpur,???

According to your marks in different quotas ,waht i would suggest you is to apply through girls quota it will surely fetch you admission in MMMUT,Gorakhpur.
If in case girl seats are full you can get admission through normal ranking also.
