My jee main exam mark is 30 in obc category. Next what I do.this mark is eligible to any other colleges?

The cutoff for passing JEE Main exam with a rank was 45 marks for OBC Category. So since you have not cleared the cutoff you are not eligible for getting admissions with this score.
Hello Bharath! The qualifying mark for OBC Category is 45 and you are not qualified in the examination. There would be no other good colleges that would accept these marks. I'd like to prefer you to go for a long term or take other engineering entrance examinations to get a seat in good college.

I am sorry to say by NO these marks are not sufficient for getting an admission in NIT or IIIT or eligibility for IIT.
