You haven't mentioned your home state. Analysing the previous year data, you have fair chances of getting a seat in the NITs in your preferred branches. You may get CSE in some lower NITs only if you come under the home state quota.

Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
