My jee main rank is 40500 and obc rank is 10200 .Am I eligible for cs of nirma University?

At this rank it would be difficult to get admission in nirma University and that too in cs.

See as only 35% seats are reserved for all India category in the institute so you there have a 50% chance of getting your name on the merit list.
I'd suggest you to not lose hope and stay positive and keep trying :)
