    My JEE Mains 2019 paper 1 rank is under 17000 in general category. But, in CBSE 2019 my aggregate percentage is below 75%

    Hello,

    With your question, I get that you have scored an aggregate of 75 percentage in 5 subjects. Well, if it is so, then Congratulations! You are eligible to get admission in NIT/GFTI/IIIT with this score. In CBSE Boards, you should have 75 percentage in total and not just in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

    Hello,Thanks.But, my understanding was when aggregate percentage is calculated PCM (PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY & MATHS) marks is compulsory. regate percentage is 68% with maths, physics, chemistry, English, physical education. But, if I consider English, physics, chemistry, computer, physical education then my aggregate percentage is 75%. Am I eligible for admission to NIT, GFTIs with JEE mains rank?

    Hello,So you have scored a total of 75 percentage ( including all the five subjects taken by you). If you have an aggregate of 68 percentage in PCM but overall you have scored 75 percentage (in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, English and Physical education), then it makes you eligible for admission in NITs. There should a total of 75 percentage for JEE, not just in PCM.

    Please note that the subjects taken by you to calculate the overall percentage must include Physics, Chemistry and Maths.
