My JEE Mains general category rank is 179625 and my EWS rank is 18877 and my percentage in 12th is 70. Can I get a college through CSAB?

First of all you are not eligible to take admission bin nits and IIITs because minimum percentage criteria to get admission is 75% .
And next this rank is not sufficient to get any good college through csab .
You should try for some good state government colleges or private colleges

like NIT or Gfit At these marks your general rank is 180k and at this rank you will not be able to get admission in govt
