my name has been changed recently and on documents , but ssc and hsc marksheet has an old name on it , can I upload my gazette copy in the neet form application . please reply back fast . thank you

You do not have a provision of uploading any other document other than those required. Please upload your SSC certificate and then during counselling you can show the supporting documents.
