The NTA will release the final cutoff percentile after the April exam session and so you will have to wait for now. The cut-off will be announced in April for jee advance, so you have to wait till april to know the cutoff for JEE Advance because it will depend upon the number of students appearing in April too.
You can use the formulae given below to claculate your rank -
Rank Formula = (100 - your total score) X 874469 /100.
874469 are the number of candidates appeared for JEE mains 2019 January attempt.
