By looking at the previous year cutoffs for CCA B.Arch course, the opening and closing ranks for different categories are as follows:
- General:166-2086(Home State), 270-511(Other State)
- SC: 5068-12599(Home State), 1474-1474(Other State)
Given your AIR of 16081 it will be difficult for you to get admission into Chandigarh College of Architecture.

Following last few years trends it would be very difficult to get admission in Chandigarh College of Architecture with this rank. You must have special quota.
For general category of other states the closing rank was around 600 and for same states 3500. For SC and ST, 1600 and 12000 respectively.
Khusboo, it seems a little difficult for you to get admission in Chandigarh College of Architecture based on you rank and previous year cutoff. This is because the closing rank of the college is usually around 3000 based on JEE Mains Paper 2.
