Hello there!
If your sister wants to pursue PG she can do it from both government and private colleges as well.
For government, she needs to clear to clear few exams like GATE etc and then she can go ahead and pursue PG from top colleges.
If choosing private, she can move ahead to join the college she wants. Chandigarh University is a good college and she can perform well.
Ask her to fill the application and act accordingly. Also check the placement criteria if it is accordingly to her choice or not and then decide. Check other factors like fees, curriculum etc.
