Your rank is quite high for getting any government college. There are less chances to get Jadavpur university, moreover in computer science.  The stream is always in demand. You might get seat in other branches like metallurgical, power, chemical etc. Otherwise you can try in calcutta university, rajarbazar branch, which  is also a government aided college.

Or you can try in Jalpaiguri Government college taht is also a good college. Provides quality education and placement.
