With the addition of seven new Government colleges in your state the number of seats that comes under state qouta have raised from 1670 as of last year to 2265 thus year.
Also there's 27% horizontal reservations for OBC category.
Hence if we calculate, there are around 611 seats available for obc category candidates.
With this, I think that you have a chance of getting a seat under state qouta.

You have very good chances of getting government medical college in Uttar Pradesh in second round of counselling under state quota in OBC category.
As in the year 2018, the cutoff for OBC category under state quota in Uttar Pradesh was 429 marks for Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College.
