Hello Aspirants,
Hope you doing well, usually there is a reservation of certain percentage for the category students and at the starting time the seat are allotted on the basis of CRL rank Now if the seats are filled for the UR category. Then the reservation allotment are opened and at that time the Category rank will be considered.
