Once freezed,Can't I unfreeze my allotment in mhtcet?(I freezed the option in 1st round but now I want to unfreeze it)

You cannot UNFREEZE your choice now once you have FREEZED in the first round.
You have no other option rather than choosing it now at least through the CAP ROUND.
